Context

RingCentral is a leading provider of business cloud communications. It offers three key products  including RingCentral MVP™, a UCaaS platform including team messaging, video meetings, and cloud phone system. Video meetings include interactive online whiteboard for team collaboration.

Whiteboard cases

One of my projects was related to developing an interactive whiteboard. Below is a list of some tasks and achievements that were completed as part of this project.

Drawing assist

I had to create a Drawing Assistant feature to ensure that users can easily align objects on the interactive whiteboard, making the drawing experience smoother and more precise.

AI - text to image

I had to design the user experience of interacting with AI to generate images based on text descriptions.

Text display problem

The text in triangle object will disappear after adjusting the text size >20

Interaction menus

The product provides various menus so that the user's interaction with the product is intuitive.

Mobile version

Obviously, I also adapted all the functionality to the rules of interaction and restrictions of mobile phones.

Design support

I also provided design support to the development team. He answered the questions that arose, thought through the interaction of elements among themselves and helped solve the bugs that arose (50+).
